Weekly meeting timing details:
- Meeting total duration 45 minutes
- AM meetings begin at 10:30am
- AM weight and measurements taken before the seminar or after if necessary
- 15-minute Seminar/Discussion 11:00am – 11:15am
- PM meetings begin at 7pm
- PM weight and measurements taken before the seminar or after if necessary
- 15-minute seminar/discussion 7:00pm – 7:15pm
Flexibility of meeting timings:
- Meetings are intentionally flexible in arrival and departure time
- Arrival can be at any time during the meeting
- The seminars are 30 minutes into each meeting for 15 minutes
- People can arrive to have weight and measurements taken before or after the seminar section of the meeting
- If people cannot stay for the seminar, they will be able to collect hard copy PowerPoint notes and informational documents pertaining to the seminar topic of thew week.

More About FastPlan
FASTPLAN is a 12-week incremental ‘Mealtime Movement and Nutritional Guidance’ plan beginning, with clear weekly progressive steps to achieving fat loss.
Brought to you by me, Matt Weston. I have 20 years personal fitness experience and a decade of direct Personal Trainer and Gym Owner experience. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor. I have presented on live fitness TV and radio and have twice been the chosen warm up trainer, performing the live warmups on stage for the Rat Race obstacle course weekend at Burghley for over 7000 people. I am a dad and a family man. I have real personal documented experience of significant fat loss.
Group Meetings
Inspirational, motivational and enlightening 45-minute interactive group meetings will take place every week, with the option of morning or evening attendance, featuring 12 different 15-minute educational seminars presented by me, Matt Weston on key topics, skills, peer reviewed scientific insights, tips and tricks and building blocks that will enhance and improve your knowledge as we move through the weeks. Sessions will allow you to ask questions and interact with me and the group to share your experiences. Giving you every tool required for successful results.
Flexible Meetings
Meetings will be in the inspirational first floor class space at Empire Gym, 114 Church Street, Market Deeping, PE6 8AL. Seating will be provided and set out for your comfort during the meetings and presentations. Arrival to and departure from meetings will be flexible allowing even more people to fit FASTPLAN into their schedule. The 15-minute seminar and discussion aspect of the weekly meetings being in the middle of the meeting allowing discreet weight and measurement records to take place both before and after the educational part of the meeting.
Personal Reference Packs
All weekly seminar notes will be added to your personal FASTPLAN folder, so you end the plan not only with results, but with a reference pack of key information and insight to keep, ensuring your learning allows you to sustain your success.
Tailored ‘Movement Plans’
Weekly ‘Movement Plans’ for all participants will be provided, suitable for beginners to experienced ‘exercisers’ tailored for both home exercise and gym-based exercise to help fulfil the ‘Move your Body’ component. Different movement plans will be designed by me, Matt, every week to keep you inspired and motivated!
Free Gym & Class Access
Participants will receive 12 FREE access passes (1 a week) to Empire gym which can be used for a gym day pass or a fitness class booking. Worth over £90
Ingredient Of The Week
We will discuss an Ingredient of the week / Meal of the week / Recipe of the week, that fits the plan, every week.
Chart Your Progress
Each FASTPLAN member will be weighed at each weekly meeting. Weight will be plotted and charted on your fat loss progress chart in your FASTPLAN folder so you can be inspired by your achievements. Also we can take a non invasive hand held body fat % measurement every 4 weeks.
Member Access
You will have member access to the FASTPLAN website where your weekly FASTPLAN password will allow you to download PDFs of all weekly seminar and ‘Movement Plan’ documents. Inspirational videos and any additional supplemental educational documents and useful links will reside here too.
